Jeff brings a world of understanding to our team with senior level management experience in the secondary mortgage markets as a correspondent lender and mortgage banker. Jeff has been in the business since 1988, and has served in many different lending capacities. He knows the business as well as anyone could ever hope to. Currently Jeff is the Senior Vice President of a large mortgage company. Jeff's mentoring focuses on the operational aspects of loan flow for growing your one-man shop into an effective, producing mortgage office with many loan officers.
Scott Fabian
Senior VP Operations, Top Originators
A seasoned sales executive with loads of experience in managing many different sized companies, Scott brings attitude and flair to the Top Originators' management team. Scott currently owns a mortgage company that employs more than 50 loan professionals, but has turned over day to day operations of that company to manage our dynamic team. Scott's mentoring discussions focus on effective marketing techniques that will generate you immediate business.
Dave Strong
Senior VP Product Development and Deployment Operations, Top Originators
Dave has been in the business for over 12 years now, and has been a top producing loan originator, wholesale loan account manager, and has even served in senior management levels as the national vice president of sales for a major B/C wholesale lender. Dave focuses on product knowledge, technical advances, and education to give you the edge that is needed in today's lending environment. Dave's unique approach has enabled him to close upwards of 30 loans a month consistently as a loan originator. Dave focuses his mentoring instruction on the art of capturing and keeping the business once a lead has been sourced.
Jim Wiggins

Jim brings a wealth of experience in sales and fulfillment management. Jim oversees all of the mentoring aspects for Top Originators, but is partial to spending his time as a personal mentor.
